As our customer, your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Our 60-day satisfaction guarantee is simple. If you are not 100% satisfied with any of our PlushToons™ products within 60 days of receipt of the product, or if there are any defects whatsoever, we will replace your PlushToons™ product or refund the amount of your purchase (minus shipping & processing), whichever you request, without question. To request a refund or exchange, simply call us at (818) 641-1095 and our customer service representative will give you a Return Authorization (RA) number and a return shipping address.
Send your PlushToons™ product back to the address given to you by our customer service representative with the RA number written clearly on the outside of the return package. Your exchange or return will be processed promptly.
